Non-Taiwan users can seamlessly withdraw rewards to a Wise account through the AIFIAN App.

How it works
Open the AIFIAN App, then tap your Rewards in the top-right corner (for example, 10,000).
Go to Rewards > tap the three-dot menu (…) > Withdraw rewards.
Enter the amount, then choose Withdraw Rewards to Wise Account.
Enter your Wisetag.
You need a Wise account to view your Wisetag:
Review the amount and your Wisetag, then submit.
Before you start
You must verify your identity with Wise before your account can receive funds.
In the AIFIAN App, enter your correct Wisetag. Once linked, you cannot change it yourself.
Wise does not allow direct changes to a Wisetag. If you’ve legally changed your name and need a new Wisetag, contact Wise Support first to update it. Then, reach out to us via the Account page in the AIFIAN App.
Payout timing and status
Minimum withdrawal: 10,000 Rewards.
Processing time: About 5–10 business days after you apply. Counting starts the next day and excludes holidays.
Status updates:
Successful: You’ll receive an email notification, and the funds will be transferred to your Wise account.
Failed: You’ll receive an email notification, the request will be canceled, and your Rewards will be returned to your AIFIAN App account.
