Go to App > Account at the bottom right > Contact Us > Ask a question to open a conversation

Go to App > Account > Contact Us > Messages to view all conversation records

AIFIAN App (not signed in)

On the sign-in/registration screen, tap the intercom icon in the top right to open a conversation

Reminder: Conversations started while not signed in might not be fully retained or synced across devices

Click the floating icon at the bottom right of the page > Message Us to open a conversation
