How do I delete my AIFIAN account?

If you’ve decided to permanently delete your AIFIAN account, please review the following details, including important reminders, how to apply, and what to expect during the process.

Important Reminders

  1. If your identity has already been verified, please make sure your account meets all of the following conditions before requesting deletion:

    • You have no pending reward withdrawals

    • You have no bottles pending selling or shipping

    If any of these conditions apply to your account, please resolve them before continuing with the deletion process.

  2. We require a secondary verification of your registered phone number or email to help keep your account secure during the deletion process.


How to Delete Your Account

You can request to delete your AIFIAN account through either of the following methods:

  1. Using the AIFIAN App

    • Open the AIFIAN App

    • Tap Account in the bottom right

    • Go to Account & Security > Delete Account

    • Enter your registered phone number or email for verification

    • Once you submit your request, your account will be deleted within 14 days. You'll receive an email when the process is complete.

  2. Contacting Customer Support

    • Email [email protected] from your registered email

    • In your message, state that you’d like to delete your account and include your registered name and phone number

    • Our support team will verify your identity and confirm the request

    • If your identity has already been verified, we may ask you to submit a photo of your ID (front side) along with a photo of yourself holding the ID to complete the verification process.


Before You Apply

  • Once your request is submitted, our team will review and process the deletion within 14 days. You'll receive an email notification once it's complete. Please note that data removal may take additional time after the review is finished.

  • After deletion, all related account data such as your reward balance, activity history, and personal information will be permanently removed. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  • If you change your mind, you can cancel your request within 14 days by logging in to the AIFIAN App and tapping Restore Account. After 14 days, the deletion cannot be reversed.
