Wine & Spirits Delivery
AIFIAN offers wine & spirits delivery within Taiwan. To request delivery, submit your form through the Help Center. Our team will confirm your bottle count and provide the exact fee. Once you review and complete payment, we’ll arrange the shipment.
Open the AIFIAN App and tap the Collection tab to view your bottle list.
Tap on the bottle you wish to be delivered, and scroll to the bottom of the page to see which bottles are currently available.
Tap Claim and then tap Request Delivery to open a conversation.
Select the bottles you wish to deliver and fill out the form.
Our Customer Success team will assist you in confirming the details, quantity, and delivery method, and support you through the payment and delivery process.
Delivery Timeline
Times vary depending on storage location. We’ll share the estimated arrival date once your request is received.
Taiwan storage: 2–3 business days
Overseas storage: 5–10 business days

Delivery service is currently limited to Taiwan.
If you live outside Taiwan, contact us and we’ll help review possible delivery options.
Customs have the final say on clearance. AIFIAN is not responsible for any loss caused by customs detention or confiscation.
