What should I do if I did not receive verification code?

If you're not receiving the verification code, please refer to the instructions below based on your situation:

When Signing Up

If you're signing up with your phone number and don’t receive the verification code, try registering with your Apple or Google account.

  • Please note that if you’ve already registered with your phone number and then sign up again using Apple or Google, this may result in a duplicate account. If that happens, simply follow the on-screen instructions to log in.

When Loggin In, Resetting Your Password, or Deleting Your Account

  1. Try to receive the code through your registered phone number.

  2. If you don’t receive the code within 5 minutes, please try to use your registered email address.

    • If you do not receive the code during login, click Resend to Email.

    • If you do not receive the code when resetting your password or deleting your account, switch to your registered email to receive it.
