Open the AIFIAN App, then tap Account in the bottom right. Go to Account & Security > Name.
Choose the scenario that applies to your name change, then follow the instructions to enter your full name and upload your ID.
Note
You can only change your own name. It cannot be changed to someone else's.
After you submit the request, it usually takes 1-3 business days to process. You'll receive an email with the result once it's complete.
If a reward withdrawal fails because your account name doesn't match your bank details, please re-link your bank account. The system will automatically restart the withdrawal process.
