If your purchase of wine & spirits isn't successful, any rewards you applied to the order will be automatically returned to your account. The timing depends on your payment method:
Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay: If the payment isn't completed, your rewards will be returned within 24 hours.
Bank Transfer: If the transfer isn't completed before the order expires or if the purchase fails, the order will be canceled automatically. Your rewards will be returned the day after the order expires.
