Where are my bottles stored?

Your bottles are safely stored in professional facilities around the world, including warehouses and cellars in Scotland, the U.S., France, Japan, and Taiwan.

How is it stored?

All bottles are managed by experts and kept under tightly controlled temperature and humidity settings. This ensures the best environment for aging and long-term preservation. We partner with trusted distilleries and global storage providers to protect the quality and safety of your collection.

Is insurance included?

Yes, your collection is fully protected. Every bottle is insured against damage, including broken bottles, cork issues, and liquid loss.

Why don’t I just store it myself?

Home storage or private cellars often lack the consistent conditions required for long-term aging. You also wouldn’t get AIFIAN’s integrated services like insurance, resale, and delivery.

Can I request delivery of my bottles?

Yes, you can request delivery at any time. AIFIAN offers wine & spirits delivery in Taiwan and Hong Kong. To request a delivery please submit an application through the Help Center. Our team will confirm the number of bottles and provide the exact fee. Once you confirm and make the payment, we’ll arrange the delivery.
