After you complete your payment, our system begins the matching process to secure your selection. Since we connect you with available inventory based on market demand, this typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
Checking your order status
You can track your purchase directly in the app:
Go to the Collection tab.
Tap on the specific wine or spirit you purchased.
View the current status under Transaction History.
Once the matching process is complete, you’ll receive a push notification confirming the item is officially in your collection.
Troubleshooting payment issues
Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay
If your payment didn't go through, your order will be canceled automatically, and you will not be charged. Common reasons for failed payments include:
International Transactions: Your card may not be authorized for overseas payments.
Wallet Setup: Your mobile wallet might not have a valid card linked, or the device may not be compatible.
Rewards Usage: If you applied Rewards to a failed purchase, they will be returned to your account balance within 24 hours.
What to do next: Check your card settings, try a different card, or switch your payment method to Bank Transfer.
Bank Transfers(Taiwan Users Only)
Bank transfer results usually appear within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). If your status hasn't updated after one business day, the transfer may have failed. Common reasons include:
Missing or incorrect Identification Code.
Sending funds to the wrong bank account.
The transfer amount does not match the order total.
The payment was sent after the order expired.
What happens to my money? If a bank transfer fails, the order is canceled. Your funds will be automatically refunded to your original bank account within 3 business days.
