If you forgot to enter the Payment Identifier or entered it incorrectly in the transfer note when paying for your AIFIAN Membership upgrade, the upgrade will not be processed. Your payment will be refunded to your original account within 3 business days (excluding holidays).
Any rewards used toward the payment will be returned to your Rewards balance the day after the order expires.
If you still want to upgrade your AIFIAN Membership, you can make the payment again as long as the order has not yet expired.
