How to upgrade AIFIAN Membership?

What to know before upgrading

  • Identity verification required: For your account’s security, you’ll need to verify your identity with AIFIAN before becoming a member.

  • Flexible membership levels: You can join for NT$3,000 and upgrade your membership level anytime, up to a maximum of level 200.

How to upgrade your membership

  1. Open the AIFIAN App and go to the Explore page.

  2. Tap AIFIAN membership.

  3. Tap Upgrade.

  4. Choose the level you want and tap Continue.

  5. Review your order details. If you have rewards available, you can use them to offset the fee. Then tap Confirm.

  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer the fee using your personal bank account through online banking. Be sure to include the Payment Identifier in the transfer notes, and ensure it's visible to the recipient.

  7. Once the transfer is complete, your new membership level will appear in the app within 1 business day (excluding holidays).

Additional details

  • Downgrade anytime: You can downgrade your membership level whenever you like. The amount will be converted into rewards. After downgrading, you can request a withdrawal and the funds will be transferred to your bank account within 1–3 business days.

  • Daily rewards: Daily rewards are incentives provided by AIFIAN to users who purchase specific items or hold an active AIFIAN Membership. Reward amounts may vary depending on the company’s marketing budget. Rewards are sent out every morning to users who’ve logged in within the last 90 days. If you haven’t used the app for more than 90 days, the rewards will pause and resume based on the current rules when you log back in.

  • The membership fee is held as a deposit. AIFIAN reserves the right to adjust the membership program terms or benefits as needed. Please refer to the Terms of Service for details.
