How do I check the result of my AIFIAN Membership upgrade?

To keep your transaction secure, upgrading your AIFIAN Membership requires verification through an Payment Identifier. The result will be available within 1 business day after payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

How to check your upgrade result

Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive your upgrade result within 1 business day. We recommend enabling push notifications in the AIFIAN App and checking your registered email to stay updated.

Upgrade Results

  • Upgrade successful

    You can view your updated AIFIAN Membership level in the Explore page of the App.

  • Upgrade successful, but payment was duplicated

    Your membership level will be updated as normal.

    The duplicate payment will be refunded to your original bank account within 3 business days after payment.

  • Upgrade failed

    Your upgrade may fail for one of the following reasons:

    • The Payment Identifier was incorrect or missing.

    • Payment was sent to the wrong account.

    • The order had expired before payment was made.

    • The payment amount didn’t match the required total.

    In these cases, the order will not be processed, and your payment will be refunded within 3 business days.
