To keep your transaction secure, upgrading your AIFIAN Membership requires verification through an Payment Identifier. The result will be available within 1 business day after payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
How to check your upgrade result
Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive your upgrade result within 1 business day. We recommend enabling push notifications in the AIFIAN App and checking your registered email to stay updated.

Upgrade successful
You can view your updated AIFIAN Membership level in the Explore page of the App.
Upgrade successful, but payment was duplicated
Your membership level will be updated as normal.
The duplicate payment will be refunded to your original bank account within 3 business days after payment.
Upgrade failed
Your upgrade may fail for one of the following reasons:
The Payment Identifier was incorrect or missing.
Payment was sent to the wrong account.
The order had expired before payment was made.
The payment amount didn’t match the required total.
In these cases, the order will not be processed, and your payment will be refunded within 3 business days.
