How do I manage my credit cards (add or remove)?

You can manage your payment methods at any time within the AIFIAN app. Adding a card in advance helps speed up your checkout process, and you can easily remove cards you no longer use.

How to add a credit card?

  1. Open the AIFIAN app and tap the Account icon in the bottom right corner.

  2. Tap Payments & Payouts.

  3. In the Payment Methods section, select Add Credit Card.

  4. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC.

  5. Follow your bank's prompts to complete the 3D Secure verification.

    Note: When adding a card, you might see a temporary authorization charge of $0 or $1 from your bank. This is simply to verify that your card is active; you won't actually be charged.

Why is my card failing to link?

If you're having trouble adding a card, please check the following:

  • Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet or cellular connection.

  • Accuracy: Double-check that the card number, expiration date, and CVC are correct.

  • Permissions: Confirm with your bank that "International Transactions" or "Online Payments" are enabled for your card.

If the issue persists, please tap Contact Support Team and provide a screen recording of the process so we can help you troubleshoot.

How to remove a credit card?

  1. Go to the Payments & Payouts page.

  2. Find the card you wish to remove.

  3. Tap the trash icon next to the card details.

  4. Confirm your choice to instantly remove the card from your account.

Troubleshooting tip: If you encounter an error while removing a card, try force-closing the app and restarting it. If you still can't delete the card, please tap Contact Support Team with a screen recording of the error.
