How to confirm if my purchase was successful?

If you pay by credit card

  • After your payment is confirmed, the system will begin matching your order. This process usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on market demand.

  • To check the order progress, open the Collection tab in the App, select the bottle’s detail page, and view Transaction History. Once the match is successful, you will receive a push notification.

If you pay by bank transfer

  • Your payment result will be updated within 1 business day (excluding holidays) after the transfer. To check the order progress, open the Collection tab in the App, select the bottle’s detail page, and view Transaction History.

  • After your payment is confirmed, the system will begin matching your order. This process usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on market demand.

  • If your payment status is not updated within 1 business day (excluding holidays), the payment may have failed.

Common reasons for failed bank transfers:

  • Payment Identifier does not exist (entered incorrectly or not entered)

  • Transfer was made to the wrong bank account

  • Payment was made after the order expired

  • Transfer amount does not match the amount due

If your bank transfer fails:

  • The order will not be processed, and your payment will be refunded to your original bank account within 3 business days.
