What happens to my bottles if AIFIAN stops operating?

You retain full ownership of all your bottles. You can ask us to sell them to partner merchants or request delivery of your bottles. (Learn more: How can I have my bottles delivered?)

  • If AIFIAN helps me sell to merchants, will I lose money?

    We sell to partner merchants at a discounted price to speed up the process.

    If you prefer to avoid potential losses, you may request delivery and keep the bottles yourself.

  • If I request delivery, are there any extra fees? Who receives them?

    Yes. Delivery involves fees charged by third-party warehouses and logistics providers. These include:

    • International warehouse handling and outbound processing

    • International shipping

    • Customs and export processing

    • Taiwan customs clearance and taxes

    • Local packaging

    • Delivery from our Taiwan warehouse to your address
