What are the fees when I request bottle delivery?

Wine & Spirits Delivery Fees

AIFIAN offers wine & spirits delivery within Taiwan. To request delivery, submit your form through the Help Center. Our team will confirm your bottle count and provide the exact fee. Once you review and complete payment, we’ll arrange the shipment.

How to calculate delivery fee?

Total Delivery Fee = Fixed Shipping Fee + Storage Fee

Fixed Shipping Fee

  • Free shipping when the total delivery value is NT$3,000 or above

  • NT$300 when the total delivery value is under NT$3,000

  • No limit on bottle quantity

  • Applies to all areas in Taiwan, including outlying islands

Storage Fee

  • No storage fee if you’ve held the bottles for less than 1 year

  • NT$3 per bottle per month after the first year (rounded up to full months)

  • Fees are calculated in one payment when you request delivery

Examples

A. You bought 2 bottles of AIFIAN Picks on 01/01/2026 and request for delivery on 03/30/2026.

  • Purchase: 01/01/2026

  • Request for delivery: 03/30/2026 (held for 3 months)

  • Bottles Value: NT$5,000 (over NT$3,000)

Fees

  • Shipping: NT$0

  • Storage: NT$0 (held less than a year)

  • Total: NT$0

B. You bought 1 bottle of AIFIAN Picks on 01/01/2026 and request for delivery on 01/31/2027.

  • Purchase: 01/01/2026

  • Request for delivery: 01/31/2027 (held for 13 months)

  • Bottles Value: NT$2,500 (less than NT$3,000)

Fees

  • Shipping: NT$300 (bottles value less than NT$3,000)

  • Storage: 3 months × NT$3 = NT$9

  • Total: NT$309

You’ll only be charged storage fees when bottles are held for more than one year.

Delivery Timeline

Times vary depending on storage location. We’ll share the estimated arrival date once your request is received.

  • Taiwan storage: 2–3 business days

  • Overseas storage: 5–10 business days

Important Notes

  • Delivery service is currently limited to Taiwan.

  • If you live outside Taiwan, contact us and we’ll help review possible delivery options.

  • Customs have the final say on clearance. AIFIAN is not responsible for any loss caused by customs detention or confiscation.
