AIFIAN offers wine & spirits delivery services for customers in Taiwan and Hong Kong. To request a delivery, please submit your application through the Help Center. Our Customer Success team will confirm the number of bottles and fees, and arrange delivery once payment is received.

Additional Information
Shipping starts at 10 USD per bottle and may change based on destination and weight. A final quote will be given after you submit your request.
Fees include customs clearance, international shipping, liquor insurance, and local taxes.
Tax rules by destination:
Taiwan:
Red & White Wine – about 10% customs duty, plus VAT and tobacco & alcohol tax.
Whisky, Brandy and Kaoliang - usually 10–20 USD per bottle in taxes.
Hong Kong:
Red & White Wine (under 30% ABV) – duty-free.
Spirits (over 30% ABV) – 100% import duty. Tax is based on declared value; higher-value bottles incur higher taxes.
Processing Time
After you submit your delivery request, we’ll ship your bottles from our warehouse to your specified address. This includes packing, international shipping, customs clearance, and delivery, and usually takes 60-90 business days (excluding holidays).
If you are outside Taiwan or Hong Kong and would like your bottles delivered, please contact us through the Help Center so we can check alternative delivery options for you.
Reminder
Before using the Mail Retrieval Service, you must comply with the importing country's import requirements, and confirm with local customs whether additional permits or licenses are required for your ordered Alcoholic Beverages.
While AIFIAN will endeavor to comply with applicable regulations, the final decision rests with customs authorities. AIFIAN is not liable if the Alcoholic Beverages are detained, confiscated, or destroyed.
