Reward Withdrawal Processing Time
Once you request to withdraw your rewards, the time it takes to receive the money depends on your linked payout account. The time is counted from the next day after your request (excluding public holidays):
App Region | Payout Account Type | Estimated Processing Time |
Taiwan Users | Local Taiwan bank account | 1–3 business days |
Non-Taiwan Users | Wise account | 5–10 business days |
Processing time may vary depending on the payout platform, and we are unable to speed it up.
If you haven’t received the withdrawal rewards after the expected time
If the transfer fails, your rewards will be returned to the Rewards page in the App. Follow these steps:
Check your registered email
Look for an email with the subject "Reward withdrawal failed—please…".
Check the reason for the failure
Follow the instructions in the email.
Try submitting your withdrawal again
Once the problem is solved, you can send a new reward withdrawal request.
