Bottles Delivery
AIFIAN offers wine & spirits delivery in Taiwan and Hong Kong. To request a delivery please submit an application through the Help Center. Our team will confirm the number of bottles and provide the exact fee. Once you confirm and make the payment, we’ll arrange the delivery.
What you’ll receive
AI Select – The list of available bottles can change over time, depending on what’s in stock and market trends. When you request delivery, the bottles you receive will be based on the available shipping list shown in the App at that time. You can’t choose specific brands or bottles. All bottles are selected by our experts to ensure equal value and reliable quality.

AIFIAN Picks – You’ll get the exact bottle when you placed the order.
Important to know
The list of available AI Select bottles may change. You can check the App for the latest available item.
If you are looking for a specific brand, AIFIAN Picks are good choices.
Delivery requests must be made by the owner, and the recipient must be the same person.
Once you request delivery, those bottles can’t be resold until it’s complete.
Delivery takes about 60–90 business days, depending on destination.

Reminder
Before using the Mail Retrieval Service, you must comply with the importing country's import requirements, and confirm with local customs whether additional permits or licenses are required for your ordered Alcoholic Beverages.
While AIFIAN will endeavor to comply with applicable regulations, the final decision rests with customs authorities. AIFIAN is not liable if the Alcoholic Beverages are detained, confiscated, or destroyed.
